Getting to the airport from Manhattan by cab is like what, $40 now? Forget that. Don't be intimidated by New York transit. It's the best run and safest in the country.
This video I made is hopefully easy to understand, but if your going to JFK this will not work. This is just for LaGuardia. I'll post one for JFK when I get a chance.
