I just finished up "An Idiot Abroad". Ricky Gervais sends his simpleton friend, Karl Pilkington, around the world.  Absolutely hilarious. Also, you can't go wrong with Michael Palin's travel shows. I think all his shows can be found on Netflix.

Long Way Round .... Pretty epic journey around the world on motorcycles. Love how vulnerable a traveler is when they don't even have a roof of a car to shield them from a new place :)

Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern
